Client Care Representative - Service Department

We are growing and are looking to hire a Full Time Customer Care Representative in our Service Department to start immediately. Please send your resume and cover letter to Fixed Operations Manager Brad Speck at by 5pm on Tuesday February 9th.
We are looking for energetic, fun, fresh, dynamic, positive individuals with a customer focused mindset.
This role is commonly known, in more traditional dealerships, as a Service Advisor. The role is all about the client's experience including, but not limited to, answering phone calls, greeting clients in our shop, booking service appointments, and invoicing and payments. As an essential business we are open during lockdown by appointment only.

Client Care Representative - Sales Department

We are expanding our business and are looking for a new team of Client Care Representatives who will give our Clients a friendly, thoughtful, and personal experience.

We are looking for fresh, fun, engaging, and positive individuals who are energized by interacting with people.

As we are a no commission, no pressure dealer, previous automotive experience is not required, in fact, we see that as a bonus! We will give you the training you need, you bring the drive and personality, and together we can succeed as a team. This role requires a lot of time on your feet, a valid G Driver's License, the ability to travel between our locations in Eastern Ontario, and effective management of a client base. Successful candidates must be comfortable with using and communicating through different methods of technology.
